Thanes said of her colleagues who are working with the earth’s energy, “Büddí says this is the Universe's biggest hospital, but it’s not a medical facility, it is all about real hospitality - the welcome of friends, the comfort of home and the feeling that you are a favored, and favorite guest. Their system is downloading energy that will create a more beautiful way of life on Earth, although, we all have to do our part in the process.” So, how do we rise to the level of their system so it would interface with the energy they are sending to us? Thanes says, “you must get lost in what you love.” I asked, is that all? She says “yes, because it raises your energy to a higher vibration, allowing all to heal on the earth by being bathed in the energy that will create that beautiful way of life.”

For those who are unfamiliar, The Intergalactic Federation of Planets, their council called for volunteers about 1990 and 7 individuals were identified to play a part in the healing of the earth. By 1999 I began connecting with one of these individuals who presented himself through my consciousness as space travelers. He also said at that time that there would be 7 travelers in total who we be connect with me. Eventually I would connect with them individually first, and then as a team who are working to raise the vibration of the planet, and to heal the atmospheric layers of the ozone. It has been a long process of 2 steps forward and one step back and that is because each of us need to contribute to the process.

The energy is sent, first to the sun, which boomerangs to earth is meant to bring forth healing and correction to the ozone layer of the earth. In addition, it helps those in the path experience great joy in this healthy environment, which makes all more dedicated to their continued existence. THomb is an engineer who resides on the planet Piaz on our star maps, called Vieyr on the universal maps of space. The planet Piaz was found easily in 2013 on Google star maps, located on the far side of our galaxy. The technological innovation THomb will bring to the universe will allow the planets of the universe, far more flexibility in travel throughout space. My technology offers a potential for travel that others do not have. In Earth’s language, we refer to it as a, TFM ^732 modulator. Which loosely stands for: Time Fluctuation | 732 (series #) | Modulator, somewhat like what one thinks of as a transducer on the earth. What you find, in likeness on Earth are primitive examples of this equipment, but none create the functions of which the TFM exhibits.

A modulator is any device or circuit by means of which a desired signal is impressed upon a higher-frequency periodic wave known as a carrier. The process is called modulation. The modulator may vary the amplitude, frequency, or phase of the carrier. There are many ways to accomplish amplitude modulation, but in all cases a nonlinear element or device must be employed. The modulating signal controls the characteristics of the nonlinear device and thereby controls the amplitude of the carrier. The Symbol ∧ u ∧ v means the wedge product of any mulitvectors u and v. In three-dimensional Euclidean space (Every point in three-dimensional Euclidean space is determined by three coordinates) the wedge product and the cross product of two vectors are each other’s Hodge dual (in math linear maps). A sphere is the perfect spatial shape and an important concept in a modern understanding of Euclidean spaces, and it is the physical vehicle of the TFM, a glass ball which can project a consciousness into other realms.

ɅlXtar, (pronounced BelXtar) is a historian on the planet Lourz and Ambassador to the Intergalactic Federation of Planets, located on the planet Xiaomi. He has been communicating with me since 1999 during meditation, and used automatic writing to provide supportive messages of peace and love.His name is a term denoting, “symbolic social interaction,” as we understand it to be an interactive term used to expand consciousness. They have used this term to mean, one who is a spiritual ambassador within the universe. The planet Lourz uses the upside-down V or in Greek, the Lambda symbol, which is the 11th letter of the Greek alphabet to state his name as it relates to relationships. He is seen to be in relationship with the divine Source as an ambassador to the masses. This has nothing to do with religion of any kind, as the people of the universe have no religious affiliation but are deeply spiritual in thought and deeds. The language of Lourz is an old and fluid language that offers a unique perspective of their world. Infrequently home, he spends much of his time traveling from planet to planet, teaching small groups to continue his work. That work is his process of Spiritual Politicism, which is the notion of creating an ongoing balance between the energy of deep telepathic transference and the emotion filled life that fills humanity and maintaining this through each individual planet.

BelXtar is a human being living in our time, but light years away. Specifically, his planet is in a direct line, behind Orion’s Belt about 672, 000 light years away, the planet is called Lours (pronounced Loorz), Bacani on our star maps. We’ll continue with the phonetic spelling Lourz. Lourz is on the physical plane of existence, a Level III Civilization, about 1,000 years ahead of us. There have been many downloads of information about his planet and life on Lourz. ɅblXtar continues to provide background on this fascinating planet, which at a level III civilization is at a much more expanded consciousness and technology than Veiyr.

Büddí (Pronounced Boo-day), Environmental Scientist and Ambassador to the Intergalactic Federation of Planets is a scientist who makes her home on Viseo. Viseo is a planet in the Andromeda Galaxy, temporarily named PA-99-N2 by Earth scientists. She is a specialist of the environment, who synthesizes naturally occurring chemicals introduced into the environment through plant life, and types of flying creatures, like the Andreev who clear toxic chemicals from the atmosphere.The rose colored jump suit is the color assigned to scientists, male, and female. Büddí, is the lead scientist who was on the original Intergalactic Federation Task Force to discuss the Golden Record sent into space by lead scientist Dr. Carl Sagan. Büddí helped to shape a response regarding the earth’s elevating vibration that was moving towards a deeper level of consciousness as they sought to explore a new historic path. She was also on the team that decided the next steps that would bring the ETI community to this point in time. We are just 8-10 years from full disclosure, with the right leadership in place.  Ultimately, she is not a "team leader," as we think of it, they have no leaders, only roles in the ETI communities. There are no ranks, just final decision makers within a profession, and they all interface in extraordinary simplicity.

CVlxnn (Pronounced Cloe) of the planet Sylin is a GIFF, which is a designation, a role in life. What his role is to contribute to his planet and people. They call him CVlxnn (Pronounced Cloe) of the planet Sylin, where he executes his duties as Senior Sensory Engineer. There is a more complex pronunciation, but it is doubtful that we could speak this word, it belongs to a professional network of security called GIFF on his planet that defends and protects the populous from bombardment of asteroids. It works through a defensive system called Tellonym, which offers an energetic protection around the planet of Sylin somewhat like a grid or shield of energy. We safeguard through a repository of software that provides these resources on a planetary scale within and around our planet. He told me that his role was provided to him through the maturation chambers, and this was the most needed engineer of the planet at the time of extraction. Upon extraction, he was given enough time to explore the role, which he felt was agreeable to him. This role also offered an extended connection between the generations, one that leads to a highly diverse group of protectors. He told me that he felt honored to be among this group of GIFF. GIFF (of) Sylin (CVlxnn) as a role works well for him. Sylin is within a planetary nebula in Lyra behind Abell 46, and the central star, V477 Lyrae.

Environmental Scientist, Guwna, (pronounced Junya) is the 7th member of the Council of AMRITA and is from the planet Onklec, (pronounced On-klek), the same planet as Trexsana. Onklec is a planet in the middle of the “central bulge,” of the Pinwheel Galaxy. I will continue to use the phonetic pronunciations as I write names and places. Junya is a scientist who specializes in the environment related to atmospheric conditions impeding the health of a planet. Guwna (Junya), on the other hand, works specifically with pathological impediments to a planet. That is why he volunteered for this assignment, the Earth’s ozone layer is in the process of degrading very rapidly and the challenge was recognized over twenty years ago. His work involves a more aggressive and active solar regeneration of a planet, still natural, but far more progressive, in that the planet receives new energy, distributed from various resources from throughout the participating planets of the universe.

Junya began his studies and collaboration on the AMRITA Council during the sixties, when the Earth communities began to fall into disrespect with the land, air, and peoples of organized society.

Trexsana is a Super Space Way Traffic Exchange Engineer. On the planet Earth, we have multifunctional freeway interchanges taking cars to many different freeways. Within the universe, there are multifunctional energetic traffic exchanges that directs ships to maneuver into certain areas of space. Trexsana is a Super Space Way Traffic Exchange Engineer and within her duties as a Senior Engineer from Onklec (pronounced On-Klek) she oversees the design and execution of the streams of energy when approaching the space around inhabited planets and other areas that may need this type of sophisticated intervention. Onklec is a planet in the middle of the “central bulge,” of the Pinwheel Galaxy. In these instances, spaceships or space vehicle interchanges, allow intricate calculations to move safely towards their destination. Within her duties, she oversees the design and execution of the expansion of multidimensional access to streams of energy in space. In these instances, spaceships or space vehicle interchanges, moves towards their destination as a type of causeway located both in outer space and on planets. She collaborates closely with other space engineers and scientists who will manage the work and supervise the software programs, for lack of a better word, of those who create these byways.

The mapping system is integrated into the neurological system of the human body and becomes a part of the trimodal system of telepathic transference. (telepathic, neurological, and vibrational) Pilots, navigators, captains, or master pilots are educated to use this part of their neurological system’s network. For example, every human being has a dorsal column within their spinal cord that deals with the conscious appreciation of fine touch, two-point discrimination, conscious awareness, movement of the body, and vibrational sensations from the entire body. In space flight, this type of vibration is adapted and integrated to our awareness of bodily sensations.

Qopvik, is (pronounced kwopvik) is from the planet PlaXar, (pronounced FleZor). As a Sun energy scientist, he converts solar energy radiation from a Sun, heated in a chemical reaction that generates a type of electricity or electromagnetic energy. He processes raw, solar radiation energy into electrical energy for integration into other products. A daisy symbol is a great analogy to show how the sun works symbolically. Energy is radiating from the disk in the center. Unlike other types of streaming energy from a sun symbol, note that the daisy petals are larger at the end of the petals then where the center streams from the disk. Thanes says that a sun energy scientist captures these larger rays at the end and converts the electricity into products more suitable for smaller disbursements like in products within construction systems. Think high tech energy producers like microwaves (like the ones that operate larger products like cars, house energies, and other bigger products in homes or service buildings, etc.), to run the products providing personal services.

Not big propulsion fuels like Gael operates, but smaller systems that are supportive to products within the buildings, space vehicles and living spaces. These are difficult to describe because we don’t have them yet. Qopvik is the 5th member of the AMRITA Group who is taking an active, volunteer role in healing the Earth, and one of the two with whom I didn’t know. It was later that I met and was able to draw an image of these two people. Thanes has worked with me in drawing them every step of the way, because I didn’t see them in my OBE. Qopvik is a very high-level scientist from a Level III Civilization.

Eventually I met the whole other group of 7 people from the ones I called the Declaration of Lights off planet people above, who helped me to understand the workings of the universe. I’m putting Thanes in this group, because she is not part of the Declaration of Lights group, even though she was the second person that I met energetically. More came and to distinguish them from those who worked with the Declaration of Lights, I simply call them The Others. Each has their own story, come from interesting planets, both as it relates to me, as well as their own history. I will share what I know, both here on this introductory page and also on my blog, where I will drill deeper into their story, each highlighted in these columns.

Thanes, the red head in bright teal jump suit, however, has a whole book about her, so I won’t say much here. I did discuss her to some extent on the home page, but I want to share a little more here, and then on my blog as well. When I began more in depth discussions with her, I was a little anxious, and she kept coming to me as a Gray, bald, and with a sparkling teal scarf on her head and long lashes. I thought this was odd, so I asked her about it. She said I have a preconceived notion of what an ETI is, based on the media. She said to let go and let her into my awareness, then I can paint her as she is, and that was the beginning of the real Thanes.

Ronez is the planet Mercury--the inhabitants lived underground on Mercury for many centuries prior to their move. Ronezians left Mercury before the planet became uninhabitable. It seems that she has been in the Afterlife for 10,200 years, and had given up her body. I must say that she was able to assist me to recreate her body through my art, and quickly was able to show herself as the beautiful redhead that she is, rather stunning I must say. I would never in a million years have thought of her as a redhead, since my whole loving family are brunettes. She seemed very grateful, since she hadn’t seen herself in physical form for many thousands of years.

Also active within AMRITA’s Earth Council is Matrina, designated as a senior sun scientist, she is the final decision maker working for the health and well-being of earth every day. Originally, I was told these seven individuals would act alone, or it seemed like that was the case. However, since this time, 7 more extraterrestrial people worked their way into my consciousness over the past thirteen years and they have elevated my awareness and understanding of the universe exponentially. Matrina acts behind the scenes as Senior Sun Scientist, orchestrating the scientific team working on strategies around solar activities in general. She is an efficient and knowledgeable strategist who conducts business with the rest of the team of the scientific investigators. As I’ve said before, the people of the universe have many friends, and are very social, however, they prefer to live a single life, unattached to any one person. Even though they may have deep relationships with other people, and she is no exception, her friendships are scattered across the universe. People travel for years on end, and they also tend to be devoted to their professions. Her wide variety of friendships move across all scientific, creative, and spiritual arenas. While Matrina, works mainly on Lourz her focus is the scientific investigation of solar activities throughout the universe, BelXtar is active in spiritual ambassadorial duties.

Matrina is a scientist who works in a collaborative group of other scientists to shape the expansion of the solar energy usage on planets. It is the combined agreement of the planets within a solar system to harness the energy of many suns, storing the energy to nearby planets to provide free, raw energy throughout the solar systems. As a Class III planetary collaborative, they have mastered harnessing the energy that is processed through each of the home planet’s suns, by connecting receptacles above the planets to a space sling and streaming the energy to each planet’s receptacle for planetary use. Think of the theoretical format of the Dyson’s Sphere that has been theorized on the Earth, multiplied a thousand times.

Her name is Chairy (pronounced Kyree) and she is a physician on Vieyr. Her work is in a specialty that works on the whole health system of the body. Understand that our medical practices for lack of a better word are broken into General Health, the Subtle Systems (blood, soft tissue, organs, etc.). Hard systems (bones), Gestation (bringing an infant into the world), Subtle Energy (electromagnetic energy of the body, both inside and outside), Autonomic Systems (interfacing electrical systems of the body) and other processes that interface with a kind of flow of a mind-body-spirit integration.

Some physicians work on the whole health system while others target one of these. The combination of practices works to keep the system whole and healthy through a complex type of oversight that allows the person to monitor their life support systems, mentally hooking themselves up to a kind of mobile health apparatus that connects them directly to their physician energetically. Her job is to assess or triage, then send the one who is out of balance to whomever is the right healing match. All disorders are believed to be based on slipping into a dis-ease of harmony.

Then in a 2 part process, on the area of the body in question the physician joins with the one who has dis-ease and assists them to use their own chemistry within their body, in a retraining period, to balance their internal systems. She works with the subtle energy, using a sophisticated, system somewhat like Reiki, but a far more complex method, visualizing each pathway of the system as she works the subtle systems. She illuminates the auras of each internal system first, finding out where there is a potential disorder or issue, then heals or rights that region using her own energy, flowing from the greater Source, to target the point of disorder. I would say Rieke is the closest match on our planet to this practice, although primitive. The second part involves using specially cultivated plants that throw off an unusual typed of energy in a kaleidoscope of colorful energy, placed into the 4 corners of the room.

Wex is a systems engineer and works with the equipment on the space station GXYII, pronounced KRee is always in tip top shape due to his diligence. Wex is originally from the Planet VCU, (Pronounced Vee-coo), VCU is a planet currently unnamed within the Whirlpool Galaxy. The station borders a couple of vacation planets called Xioami (home of the Intergalactic Federation of Planets), and Trexomi, a toxic but beautiful planet that must only be seen by “bubble shuttle.” I met him through Qopvik and Thanes due to his enthusiastic interest in the Earth. He sent messages through Thanes of his interest in the study of Earth and wondered if I would support his presence through my energy. I agreed, and he has been enjoying the study of Earth for some time now. As an engineer on the space station, he creates big global designs.

The designs he creates fluctuate due to use and changes in flow patterns and need to be reconfigured regularly to accommodate the movement of people, service providers and products. He lives on the station and works on the systems design on the space station itself. The station includes a series of buoy’s that tether larger ships that allow drop off points for resources, supplies, or vacationing people. During this stop over, the ships may need accommodations at their dry docks for repairs, reorganization of their stores or interior systems. The stop over allows visitors to the planets time to openly explore the possibilities of the planet before entering the planet’s atmosphere by shuttle. In other words, the station acts as a hub for embarkation as the groups move from larger craft to smaller shuttles that can be stored on the surface. During their short visit to the station, they might organize their visit and schedule accommodations like food and lodging.

Gáel of Zenwā, is a Propulsion Scientist. I met Gáel on a galaxy Quadrant Space Station, which was suspended around the Xiaomi planet. Xiaomi has its own interest, as it is the home of the Intergalactic Federation of Planets, which is quite beautiful and a fun destination for history buffs.

Tethered to the buoy was a Bubble Shuttle, to the planet Trojexi and he was preparing for a journey to one of the vacation planets called Trojexi. The station is there to ensure people use facilities as intended, and especially to ensure that those who journey there, know that there are grave risks going by oneself. Since I didn’t know any better, I had been to the planet several times on my own during out-of-body experiences, but of course, OBE is not a physical experience, it is an experience of consciousness, so I was completely safe.

That said, I eventually did take the bubble shuttle to the planet to get into areas I hadn’t seen before and listened to the shuttle pilot who gave an educational lecture on the incredible beauty of Trojexi. On the other vacation planet, Xiaomi, people can land on it, and stay for days enjoying the scenic wonder of the tropical environment, but not so on Trojexi. Trojexi or Vacation Planet II is a planet that is incredibly beautiful in its own way, but filled with toxic fumes and poisonous elements, which can burn the unsuspecting traveler’s skin and lungs in seconds. That is why the shuttle was designed, to allow people to enjoy the spectacle of the planet, without the danger of the toxic fumes.

During an OBE, out of body experience to Facia, which is another planet in the Andromeda Galaxy. I met Petra, who was a gracious host. The Facian people offered food and drink, seating me at a round table for our discussions with their leadership. The people were very open to sharing publicly our arrival with the whole of Facia. Around us were large holographic screens showing a gathering of observers who were tuning in, like a giant TV screen sending the and receiving the broadcast throughout the planet. Most of our discussions were an exchange of information transferred through telepathic communication. Just like any other exchange of people who meet by chance and start a conversation, exploring each other’s environment, ideas, and practices. The Facian people were most gracious hosts, and I’m hoping I was a thoughtful and respectful guest. It was fun too!

Our discussions were mostly of the leadership practices on Earth, and the mysterious way our politicians cloaked all activity in a shrouded secretive strategy to hide facts from the people of the planet. They were spellbound by the practices which kept so many wondering about their future. Leadership on the planet of Facia, thought that was indeed a primitive practice, clearly lacking trust in the people of the planet.

I want to mention that all of the people of the universe were eventually designed in vitro with an intelligence quotient, IQ that advanced incrementally to and then leveled off at 1200, which provides the ability to advance more rapidly over the past billion years. They are now focused on enhancing their creativity, which they find an appealing trait in the people of Earth.

As my OBE continued, the ambassador to the Intergalactic Federation of Planets from Facia was welcoming as I entered the large celebration hall. Thanes went before me to introduce the Facians ambassador to my request to enter into their planet’s space. The planet was shrouded in a nebula, not the colorful kind, but different shades of gray, beige, through brown. This seemed like a screen of sorts, and thinking it through, my impulse to stop may have been impetuous. The screen was for privacy, it seems. After asking permission, which they gave me, I stopped to pay my respects to the people there, letting them know I was just passing through and wanted to greet them. They were pleasant and friendly, asked many questions about earth. Behind the nebula, the planet was beautiful. Lots of stone-like buildings, flowers, trees, and a natural, serene landscape where the buildings seemed like a part of nature, therefore, stone-like.

Under all of the natural environment, there was expansive technology that allowed them to live with all of the amenities of a high-tech life. The people there, with their expanded spiritual base, were also Extraterrestrial Super Intelligences, beyond the spiritual persona. Inside the buildings was comfortable, clean, streamlined, with an Art Deco motif in appearance. The people were warm, friendly, and welcomingly indulgent to all my questions, and I did have a lot of questions. Immediately, I wanted to understand the planet’s infrastructure and natural environment, belying their amazing technology. I can’t say they actually answered the question beyond, they wanted to adhere to their historical beauty, but didn’t want to give up the growing technology of their present existence. I thought it would be rude to dig deeper at that time.
