Thanes has been my guide for 10,200 years since the beginning of my incarnated life. I've only been aware of her presence in the last half of this life, as my mediumship skills have developed stronger, I've been able to communicate with her. I use a pendulum here with a communication board; however, I no longer use this archaic method of contact. She downloads nearly everything I need to know to me. However, I thought it would be a good way to show how she operates and share with others.
